The City of Victoria

The City of Victoria, located on the sounthern tip of Vancouver Island, is Western Canada's oldest city and is the capital of British Columbia. With a population of approximately 74,000 it is a sought after community due to its natural beauty, mild climate and vibrant urban character. It offers a large variety of cultural events, international restaurants, playgrounds, beaches and shopping, for everybody's desire. Housing ranges from single- family detached, townhouses, duplexes and assisted living residents.

Victoria West is surrounded by three sides of natural waterways; the Gorge, Selkirk waterway and Victoria Harbour. It is an up and coming area which boasts a variety of land use including industrial, commercial, multi-family residential and single family residential. Representing 8% of Victoria land mass, Vic West has one of the highest ratios of parkland to population in the city.
